So October went and I am still on the longevity diet. I have been eating less fish and more vegetarian than I expected. I am using MyFitnessPal to track the food I eat and I have been aiming to stay under 2400 calories a day.

The first measurement I have on this diet change run was 95,4 and this morning I weighed in at 86,4. that is a solid 9 kg lost in two months. I am more than happy with these results and I feel that this is so much more satisfying that being on Keto.
The other thing that has surprised me is the vegetarian options in restaurants. I have been going for those options when we have been eating out and I have really enjoyed them. I am not religiously vegetarian, I can and will eat meat on occasion but it has been surprisingly easy to take it out of my regular diet.
