5 day juice fast

I have been letting my health and fitness take a backseat for the last year and a half. I have been very busy on my job and I have let it take priority over my diet and fitness.
I have periodically attempted to get back on Atkins/Keto but it has just not been working. I needed a reset and I decided to try a juice fast.
I bought this 5 day fasting package by A. Vogel and managed to complete it going to about noon on Day 6.
I have been drinking a lot of coffee, probably around one litre per day if not more. I blame the dependency I built up on that for the massive migraine I had on the first two days. That pretty much cost me a weekend but I stuck through it and the remaining days were easy.
I didn't feel terribly hungry doing this fast. Once I was well into it, I got great mental clarity. I slept pretty well. I managed to go for walks even though after about 3km, I did feel like I was empty and it was a bit of a slog to complete the remaining 2-4.
During the fast I looked into what I would do next. Would I go back onto Keto or would I try something else. I stumbled upon the work and book of Valter Longo - The Longevity Diet. This is what I am trying now - Limit daily protein to around 0,8 grams per kg from mostly plant based sources.
I have also not had coffee since the fast and am drinking tea. I wont commit to keeping that up but that is where I am now.
